PTX is a Post Tensioning design and construct specialist. We offer design assistance from early stage, through to full detail design and construct of post tensioned structure to the Australian Standard. Our priority is to provide quality customer service. With extensive industry experience and understanding of building structure and process, we focus on buildability and constructability.
At concept stage, we can assist in slab thickness reduction, concrete saving, utilising metal formwork to speed up construction process, advice on column spacing and cost-benefit analysis. We can provide reinforcing steel tonnage estimate, accurate concrete volume, advice on construction sequence and construction joints.
We specialise in rapid development of full detail design and documentation using industry leading 3D finite element analysis package and 2D frame analysis program. We directly communicate and collaborating with our client, architects and consulting engineers regarding any technical matters of the project.
We provide onsite supervision with technical expertise and industry knowhow. We work closely with trusted trades to meet tight construction program. Our site safety training and education follow strict quality and safety system to provide safe work environment for our employee and client.
